The space 🛏️ Sleeping & Living This stylish 3rd floor studio offers a welcoming blend of comfort and functionality. A queen bed with crisp cotton linens anchors the space, framed by tall windows that bring in natural light, each dressed with blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep. Beside the bed, a sleek wood-and-metal frame and matching side tables provide a modern touch, while pops of deep blue in the accent chair and throw pillow add a bold, contemporary vibe. For lounging, you’ll find a plush royal blue loveseat set against bright hardwood floors, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a quiet coffee. A flat-screen TV is mounted for streaming your favorite shows, and the thoughtfully placed lighting—both floor and wall-mounted—creates a cozy atmosphere from morning to evening. A desk by the window offers a designated spot to work or study, complete with a full-length mirror nearby for getting ready with ease. Closet storage helps keep belongings organized during your stay, balancing practicality with style. 🍴 Kitchen & Dining The compact white kitchen offers everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a full stove, oven, microwave, and mini fridge (no freezer). You’ll also find all of our standard kitchenware—coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, and wine glasses. (Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not provided unless kindly left behind by prior guests.) A round dining table for two makes the perfect spot for casual meals or a cozy work-from-home setup. 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and clean towels. Please note: face cloths are not provided. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are included for your convenience. 🧺 Laundry For added convenience, paid common laundry facilities are located in the basement. 🚶♂️ 3rd Floor Walk-Up – This unit is located on the third floor of the building and is accessible only via a small stairwell. There is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should not consider this apartment. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play for $50 per stay. Please request it 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31 and NOT controllable by unit. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates. ℹ️ Please Note We’re not a hotel with large-scale laundry facilities or services. 👥 We’re a small team of 8 dedicated colleagues working hard to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. 📝 Please take a moment to review the “Other Things to Note” section to set the right expectations before booking. 📍 Our greatest strength is the exceptional locations of our apartments, putting you right where you want to be in Boston. 🌆 Location Highlights Step outside and explore the heart of Boston’s South End, known for its trendy restaurants, cafés, galleries, and boutiques. You’ll also be just a short walk from Back Bay, Copley Square, and the Prudential Center, making it easy to enjoy both neighborhood charm and city excitement. Guest access 📩 Check-in instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. Please note that a valid photo ID may be requested prior to receiving check-in details. Other things to note 🚫 No Elevator – 3rd floor walk up, small stairwell. 🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and directly outside the building. 🅿️ Parking – City parking is always a challenge. We do not have any on-site parking, but we do recommend downloading the SpotHero app and booking a spot nearby! 🅿️ Parking Information There are 2-hour metered spots available on: Tremont Street, North Hampton Street, Washington Street, Shawmut Avenue 🅿️Nearby garages and lots include: -Pilgrim Atelier 505 Parking Garage -The Parking Lot at 851 Harrison Avenue -Garage at 732 Harrison Avenue -Garage at 10 North Hampton Street ⚠️ Please make sure to carefully follow all posted street signs when parking to avoid tickets or towing. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. Registration Details STR-598150
