The second floor of the Prince Albert Rose is dedicated The Basile Apartment. Long-time artist and former owner of the property spent her days working on many of her works of art in her workshop. The apartment has everything you will need for your perfect Ptown vacation. The space The Basile consists of two King bedrooms and 1 Full Bedroom. The Full bedroom has a private entrance. Premier mattresses and linens in all the bedroms will entice sleep after each wonderful day in Ptown and The Prince Albert Rose. You will wake refreshed and ready for the next adventure. One King room has a walk-in closet and a private balcony with water views. The apartment includes a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, a living room with dining area and a relaxing entertainment space. The common laundry and ice maker room can be found just outside this apartment. The apartment has AC, Smart TV's throughout and high-speed internet for your use. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you would ever think of needing to whip up a special vacation dining experience. The apartment shares a large common deck with one other apartment. The deck has a lounging area, outdoor dining furniture and grill. The lawn and garden areas are set up with additional lounging, a fire pit, grill and dining area for all guests to use. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available. Bicycle racks and parking for one car is provided on-site. The standard price is for 4 guests. If you choose to bring a 5th and 6th guest, the surcharge is $75 per person per day. Guest access Guests will be provided with a combination to a keypad next to the front door allowing them to self-check-in any time after 4 pm. All guests will receive a welcome text the day before their arrival with information on how to contact the owner for any questions they may have during check-in or throughout their stay. Other things to note Parking for 1 car is provided for each apartment. Your stay also comes with access to the Prince Albert Guest House facilities a short 10-minute walk to the West end. This includes daily happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The apartment is priced for 4 people. Each additional person beyond those occupancies incurs a surcharge of $75 per person per night. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for use. A bicycle racks and various outdoor seating areas can be found on the property. We have installed an EV Charger on our property which you may reserve time to use during you stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided.
