Great for game days, orientation, campus visits, parent visits, and graduation. Our family has enjoyed living here while attending ISU. We are an Iowa State family from parents to all 3 children and with our last graduating in May, we wanted to share our gem with others. We hope you enjoy our house, amenities and location! The space We have everything you might need for your gathering of family and friends! A fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee maker with coffee and pods. Enjoy our snacks, pantry items, and spices. Eat in the dining room, kitchen island or out on the deck. A cozy living room with a 60" Smart TV with Roku Office with desk, comfortable chair and printer. 1G high speed internet for all of your devices and streaming 3 bedrooms on second floor 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twins 1 bedroom/office on main floor with queen bed Two bathrooms: Second floor bathroom: Large tub and separate shower Main floor bathroom: Standing shower and laundry facilities. Luxury linens and spa bath towels, and toiletries provided. Many extra items available "in case you forgot", in the linen closet. First aid kit and fire extinguisher provided. Use of washer and dryer included, detergent provided. Enjoy grilling and eating out on the back deck, with plenty of seating. Keyless entry for easy check in Garage access is not included in rental. There is room on the driveway for three vehicles. On street parking is available but very difficult to obtain on game days. 24/7 video surveillance in use on the exterior of the home at the back entrance and driveway. Guest access First and second floors are living spaces. Basement is available for emergency use only (tornado or severe storm) for your safety. Other things to note Guests must be over 25 years old to book. Treat our home like your own. Our home is very old and recently restored, please be respectful.
