4 bedroom house in DSM area, plenty of space inside & out. Perfect for multi-families with kids, tournament weekends, or extra space for out-of-town travelers Basement bar w/ foosball, darts, & poker table for evening entertainment 1-acre backyard, fire pit & creek. Basketball court, deck, & patio with lots of room to hang out, grill, & watch the setting sun 1/2mile from Grimesplex soccer/baseball/softball complex, and 2miles basketball/volleyball facilities Pets welcome with approval The space 4 bedrooms, enough bed space for 2 adults in each room. I have 2 sofas downstairs that can be used for extra beds, along with a dart board/reading nook area that can sleep 2. I have 2-3 fold-out cots in the garage if needed. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the house and property, the creek at the end of the property is accessible but not technically on my property, (I have a bridge to cross the stream) The only area I would ask to limit access to is the workshop/storage area in the basement. I'm in the house when not booked, there will be some personal items in the dwelling, like clothes in closets, laundry in a basket, food in the fridge, etc Other things to note 2 VR headsets for use!!
