Garden walk, park your butt riverside, camp around the firepit, lunch in the gazebo, challenge Hampton's very own Table Tennis Champions (if you dare!), enjoy a cozy blanket facing a roaring fireplace, or pop a squat on the wrap-around and enjoy a big screen break. It's all here for you to experience! This place is huge! Big kitchen (free to use!), dining family and living rooms fully furnished for you to seamlessly slip into your stay. During your stay You'll find I am very accommodating for any requests or issues you have, and I may offer you to partake in dinner or an event if you so choose! Otherwise, your space, your time, all yours to do with what you please. Other things to note Late Checkout fee will be added if guests stay more than 60 minutes past checkout time. 30$/hr after the 60 minute grace period. Additional nightly rate will be added on top of the Late Checkout fee if the guests stay past 11:59PM.
