Bring the whole family to this beautiful home in the woods, just minutes from Mt Greylock hiking, Jiminy Peak skiing, local farms and activities. There's truly something for everyone. Go for pumpkin picking and hayrides at Whitney's Farm or walk/bike Ashuwillticook Rail Trail. We are 10 minutes to Pittsfield and 15 minutes to Williamstown. Or have a great time never even leaving the house, while grilling outside, watching movies in the home theater, or cooking in a chef's kitchen. The space This is a beautiful modern spacious home that would be great for any family or friend gathering. The updated kitchen is the center of the house that is filled with all the essential cooking tools if you want to make a nice meal. You can watch TV in the living room or home theater, read books in the library, play games in the children’s playroom, or gaze out the large windows at the expansive wooded yard. The dining table holds 10 people, and could always squeeze a few more if needed! The outdoor porch gets lots of sun. You can sit out and read, relax or swim in the pool, or stay warm in the hot tub. Pool is heated but only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hot tub is closed Memorial to Labor Day. We have a play area in the back and a nice fire pit nestled in the woods with chairs. There's lots of space for playing outdoor games (we have spike ball and bocce), there’s sledding and snow man making in the winter. Back inside you can head into the basement for a movie theater style room or play in a stocked kid’s toy room. We list the house for 4 bedrooms, but we do have 2 bonus rooms in the basement! You can head upstairs and find a large master bedroom with a king bed, reading chair and its own bathroom. You'll find a guest room with a queen bed and lots of windows and also a child’s room with single bunk beds and a crib for any little ones. Back on the main floor, we have one bedroom near the garage with a queen bed and more windows where you almost feel like you're outside (if you open the windows at night you can hear all the wildlife) In the basement we have two extra bedrooms (not listed), one with a queen bed and one with a bunkbed (double on the bottom and single on top.)These rooms are nice and cool in the summer but are colder in the winter - so we don't list them on the site. We do have extra blankets if you chose to sleep there in the winter. Just let us know. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, all space outside and a three car garage! Other things to note We have lots of kitchen tools and firewood for the firepit for use.
