The space You'll enjoy: - Ground level laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, free to use. - Original garage was converted to a big storage, good for store bicycles and big stuff. - The 2nd level includes a big living room, a full kitchen with dinning area, a half bathroom. The kitchen leads to a small patio and fenced back yard. - The full kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, a stove/oven, microwave oven, and coffee maker. - The living room has an electrical fireplace and a 55" curved Smart TV. - The 3rd floor includes three bedrooms and a full bathroom. - The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed, and a walk-in closet. Another two small bedrooms are equipped with full size beds and closets. - Free WIFI access - Free 4 cars driveway parking. - We set the basic rate low for only the master bedroom open for up to two guests, which means 1-2 guests will enjoy the whole building except two small bedrooms. That two small bedrooms will be locked and inaccessible for any guest, will not rent to other guest. The whole house is always private for the same guest group. If the guests' group are more than two people, up to four people, we open one more bedroom accordingly. If the guests' amount are 5-6 people, all three bedrooms will be available for using. We charge $15 for each extra guest after two. If guest's group are 1-2 people, and need two bedrooms, please add your guests' count to 3. If guest's group are 3-4 people, and need three bedrooms, please add your guests' count to 5. Please disclose this to the host upon booking. Guest access Guest also can access Front driveway, the back yard. Other things to note - Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am. - You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in. - Mid-stay Cleaning service for $160 upon request. - Free parking on a off-street driveway. - Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation. - No overnight visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding - No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property - No party is allowed anytime. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. - Please do not plug any extra appliances other than the appliances provided by owner. Because the limited electrical capacity, extra appliance will trigger the breaker easily. -Key must be returned to its original place upon checking out. Missing key or fail to return it will cost you $50 per each lock. - Guests who request long term stay (28 days more) need to provide their photo ID and work ID/student ID before booking, or 72 hours before checking in. If the guests refuse to provide their ID, host has the right to cancel the booking. - Please check out on time. Unauthorized late check out fee will be $150 mandatory. If you stay unauthorized more than two hours after checking out time, you will be responsible to pay that day's base rate without discount. This fee doesn't award you the possession of the property for the day. If you want to extend your stay, you still need to request it through Airbnb formally.
