Access to a heated garage is provided where you can store your ski gear, park, and chop wood. The unit is limited to 2 vehicles and there is additional parking located adjacent to the unit. The Lower Chap is rarely rented and is very loved. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit including the heated garage where you can store your ski gear and park a vehicle. There is additional parking located in the parking lot but the unit is limited to two vehicles.
