Enjoy small town living, in your own private master suite with private bathroom. This property is 1 block from the Headwaters Trail system, 12 miles of trails. Three Forks is surrounded by several mountain ranges that offer great skiing, hiking, and fishing opportunities. The 9-hole public golf course is open year-round, so golf in the winter if you like. If rodeo events are your thing the property is located only 2 blocks from the local rodeo grounds that has a variety of events in the summer. The space Private, bright and airy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and attached private bathroom that features a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower for your relaxation.. The entrance (living room) is shared with the owner. The rental does NOT include use of kitchen and / or any other areas of the home. Please do NOT roam around my home. There are many furry friends in the home which include dogs, cats, and a rabbit, which may aggravate allergies if you are allergic. Animals have not been allowed in this room, but sometimes cats are sneaky. Your space includes a smart TV, Wifi, central AC, microwave, & mini refrigerator. There is plenty of space for your things and a work/eating space. No smoking (cigarettes / marijuana) or Vaping. Guest access Keyless entry with code, on the front door. Thru the shared living room, to the door to the right with a peacock feather wreath on it. This is your room. During your stay If you want to chat and I am in the living room, feel free to come out or have a seat when you come in. I would be happy to answer any questions, give suggestions on restaurants or attractions, or just watch TV. If I am not home, shoot me a text and we can arrange to chat! Other things to note If you have more than 2 guests, there will be an extra charge, ask for details. If needed an air mattress one can be provided for additional guests. It fits but will make things a little cozy. The Headwaters Trail System is 12 miles of paved trails to easily explore the surrounding area. The property is located 25 miles from the Bozeman International Airport and a small plane airport is located right outside of Three Forks. Uber & Lyft might bring you to the property but there are none within Three Forks (to small of a town). If you need ride share you will need to schedule them to come to Three Forks to get you. The property is on a dirt/gravel street. There are intermittent sidewalks and a trail system near by. It is walkable, but probably not in heals or fancy shoes. :-) The property is also situated near State parks, the Lewis and Clark Caverns, and other historical sites associated with Sacagawea and Lewis and Clark. The many nearby rivers, lakes, and ponds offer anglers of all disciplines an opportunity to cast for our variety of local fish species. In the summer there are a lot of unique events going on in Three Forks and the surrounding area: Big Sky State Fair, Three Forks Rodeo Dayz, the Sweet Pea Festival, and more!
