Our Patio Walk-out basement unit near Somers offers light, spacious accommodations for up to 6 people. Lower Valley location is great for exploring Flathead Lake, Glacier Park and surrounding areas. Golfing, hiking, boating all near by. Terraced Patio offers outdoor grilling, dining, and relaxing by the fire. Common yard offers beautiful views of mountains and the 800 acre management area behind, as well as space for yard games. Bike trails nearby. Wifi included. Well supplied. The space Your private entrance is a large, protected, south facing patio perfect for hanging out, sunning , bbq, etc. Snowy winter months can be challenging on the patio and entry stairs. We keep the drive and parking area cleared, but are unable to do shoveling. Shovels are provided. The rooms are nice sized with an open dining living area and separate kitchen roomy enough for more than one to work. There is a coat/everything closet near the entrance, and large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk over it. If needed for a 6th person , you may request a cot or a PAC-n-Play. The bath is divided to give privacy to the showering area and to the toilet area allowing more of you to use the facility at one time. Wifi is strong. There is some potential for noise, foot steps primarily, from the unit above. We are the folks upstairs. We try to be conscious, courteous, and quiet, but I have been known to drop silverware.🥴 Guest access There is private paved parking area near the unit. You will cross a portion of grass lawn to reach the apartment. You will have access to the two bedroom apartment and the adjoining patio as well as a parking area and the lawn between. You are also welcome to use the lawn and sitting area at the top of the Patio terraces where the views are spectacular, or the play and sitting area under the big maple tree or one of two fire pits. There is a main floor unit who may also wish to use the play and sitting area. There is plenty of lawn and yard for each unit to enjoy separately or make friends with the other guests over a yard game or bonfire. As owners we share the property and will be out and about the yard a good deal of the time in spring through fall. In the apartment you will also have access to a shared closet (shared with us) where you will find games, beach towels, various cooking and baking items, flower vases etc. that you may use and return. Your access to the closet is private from your unit. Our access is also private from our unit. NOTE: This apartment can be combined with a main floor apartment if traveling with or meeting grandpa and grandma or another couple or individual. Both kitchens are well appointed and there is ample table space if you wish to celebrate a holiday meal together.
