Whether you're here to cheer on the Celtics or Bruins, attend a concert, or explore the city, this vibrant apartment offers the ideal mix of location, character, and themed charm. 🛏️ Sleeping & Living Space This apartment is suitable for 2 adults or up to 4 related family members. The bedroom features a plush 12-inch memory foam queen bed and a twin trundle setup—two comfortable twin beds that also function as a cozy daybed, perfect for children or siblings. The living area includes a large black couch and a yellow accent chair, styled with Boston Bruins flair. (Please note: the couch is not intended for sleeping.) The space flows openly into the kitchen and dining area, making it ideal for relaxing together after a day exploring the city. 🏀🏒 Decorated with Celtics and Bruins memorabilia, glowing signs, themed lamps, and sporty furniture, this unit is a true tribute to Boston’s championship spirit. 📺 Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and stay connected with 📶 high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the space. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove/oven, toaster, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker, premium pots and pans, strainer, cooking utensils, and wine glasses—everything you need to prepare meals at home. (Pantry staples such as coffee, oil, or spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 🍽️ The dining area comfortably seats four with green and yellow chairs that pay tribute to Boston’s iconic sports teams. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and bathtub/ shower. We provide clean towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Please note: face cloths are not provided. 👶 Traveling with Kids? For families, we offer a Pack & Play available for $50 per stay. It must be requested 24–48 hours in advance to ensure it's ready upon arrival. 🚶‍♀️ 4th Floor – No Elevator 📍 Unmatched Location & Historic Charm This apartment is part of a designated historic landmark—an authentic Boston building with original bones that have stood the test of time. Expect the character and quirks of an older structure: creaky floors, worn details, and loads of charm. On one side of the building, you're steps from the vibrant West End with restaurants, fitness studios, and nightlife. On the other, you're facing TD Garden—home to unforgettable games and concerts. 🚗 Parking Paid parking is available through SpotHero (based on availability), and nearby garages also offer parking at city rates. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) This unit has window ACs in each room during the summer months. Per Massachusetts state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31. (It is not through us, its a third party) 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items.
