Perfect location just over the Bourne Bridge, it provides easy access for commuting and enjoying the Cape Cod lifestyle. Spend the day biking, hiking or just playing at one of the beaches or conservation areas near by. Walk to the Daily Brew Coffee House, The Courtyard and The Parrot Club restaurants (some entertainment), Cataumet Mini Golf, Ice cream shops and more. Just five minutes by car to Somerset Creamery, Bucatino, Epic Oyster and Old Silver Lounge Restaurants. The space Our guest apartment has appx 620 sq ft of private living space. It has an open concept kitchen/living room area (vinyl plank flooring) and a generous sized bedroom (new carpet) with two queen beds and bathroom with a shower stall. There are two entrances. One is located in the front, that is accessed through a shared entryway with the keypad. The other is at the back of the house where there are no stairs to deal with. There is parking toward the back of the house closer to that entrance. Unit on bottom left side of home. No additional cleaning fee. Guest access Guests have access to their space. All are welcome to enjoy the yard along with any yard games or chairs that are in the shed area. There will be other people on the property. The top floor is a separate rental unit and the owner maintains an office in lower level. Other things to note There will be a few toiletries to get you started, but you will need to purchase additional items if you run out. You should bring your own beach towels whenever possible.
