Our property is open year-round, not just for summer beach vacations. This family-friendly beach-block apartment in a 3-family home is best suited for guests seeking a relaxed, respectful stay and is not available for parties or group gatherings. If you’re looking for lively nightlife or late-night entertaining, this may not be the right fit. Please review these house rules before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. ⸻ 📞 Communication • The primary guest must provide a valid phone number after booking for check-in coordination and emergency purposes ⸻ 🚗 Parking • 1 driveway space provided (marked “Unit #1”) — please back in; only 1 vehicle allowed • Do not block the shared driveway • 1 parking pass provided for an additional street-parked vehicle (required April 1–Oct 31) • $500 fee for a missing parking pass ⸻ ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: After 4 PM • Check-out: 10 AM • Late check-out may result in a $150 fee ⸻ 👥 Booking Requirements • Minimum age to book: 27 • Booking guest must stay for the entire reservation; only registered guests are allowed on the property • No third-party bookings (including parents booking on behalf of children) • Valid ID may be required, and a short-term rental agreement may be required to sign • Guests must have a strong history of positive Airbnb reviews. The unit is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and a small bottle of laundry detergent for your use. From time to time, previous guests may leave unopened or extra items behind. You’re welcome to use anything available in the unit.
