Description

Easily accessible to downtown Boston, highways, buses, & trains. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Buses include 28, 29, and 31: bus 28 & 29 are free and bus 28 is direct to Northerneastern/Wentworth. Shared space with me, my sister, and our dog - we are very easy going roommates. If you are not comfortable with the dog being present during your stay, please reach out to us. We have a home gym and balcony that you are welcome to use. Open to short and long term rentals. The space We are located on the 2nd floor. It is a spacious open space. Very modern home - recently gut renovated in 2022. Each room has its own heating/cooling unit that are individually controlled. Bedroom has blackout curtains. Guest access Guests are able to use the common areas, washer/dryer, gym, and balcony. During your stay I am a socialable person but I will let guests take the lead on how interactions should be. Your comfortability is important. I can be reached my phone or text if needed. Other things to note Boston tap water is drinkable - that is what we drink. Registration details STR-577876
