The 2nd floor apartment features mountain views, 2 spacious bedrooms with king and queen size beds, a small deck, comfortable living area and a shared 1st level outdoor living/ dining area. The kitchen is colorful and stocked with the cooking and dining basics. The space The East Gallatin apartment is located on a 3+ acre lot in a very small subdivision. The apartment is located over a small fly fishing business that operates weekdays 8-5. It shares a ground level entrance with the business and has a private entrance to the apartment on the second floor. There is space to park a boat trailer or RV in the driveway. There is a shared patio space on the ground floor. It is used infrequently by the owner or other guests. Guests are welcome to enjoy the mountain and valley views from the large front yard. The apartment is just over 1300 square feet. The second bedroom has a small deck and gas fire place. The kitchen is well equipped for basic meals, however there is not a dishwasher.
