We are at the water's edge w/ a lrg lanai & ample seating where sea life can often be seen. 1 home from ocean access & min. to Pounders & Kokololio Beaches; white sand gems w/ fantastic body surfing. The space This is truly a home away from home where your family & friends can have the vacation of a lifetime. It is designed with retreat & relaxation in mind. Our newly decorated home with newly renovated spaces has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds & 1 sofa bed along with 2 full bathrooms (with shower & tub), a newly built private outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances (large and small), dining & living area. Step onto our expansive 50' long Trex covered deck that runs the full length of our home with ample seating for outdoor dining & relaxing, a beautiful sea breeze and ocean sounds heard from every room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a separate wet bar, walk in closet and an en suite full bath with tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, full closet & shares a full hall bath with tub/shower with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has beautiful barn doors, 2 full sized bunk beds large enough for 2 adults (each bed rated to 400 pounds), full closet, a desk/chair & a TV with plush chairs for relaxing or working remotely. **We offer air conditioning which provides for great sleeping in each bedroom, and cools the entire home, combined with the sounds of the ocean.** ** We have recently built a beautiful and private outdoor shower.** ** We have also recently renovated a custom-designed kitchen with new appliances. Guest access Your vacation home has its own private entrance, kitchen, dining/living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, & oceanfront deck. Only one vehicle is allowed, and use of the home is for registered guests only. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and do not allow other visitors to come to the home. **Other things to note** 1) We ask that you please respect the privacy and quiet (especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM) of our neighbors and guests. We love sharing our neighborhood with guests who respect our property, community, and family-friendly environment. 2) Our home is newly finished and very clean, but as we are in a tropical area on the ocean, the occasional gecko or bug may enter. To help your stay remain critter free, please keep doors and windows closed when you are not there, and keep counter and floors free of food and crumbs. 3) Items that are strictly enforced are the one-vehicle limit, the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent), quiet hours as we are in a small family neighborhood, and no smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on our property. 4) Thank you for not wearing your shoes in the house. Guest access You have full access to the home & outdoor spaces in front of the home in the back yard of the home along the ocean and the outdoor shower along the side yard. As noted in our description, we do have a separate studio on property (separate building and entrance) which you can view in one of our photos within this listing. The studio has its own outdoor spaces and decking, not shared by guests of our main home. You will share the driveway area, each with your own parking spaces, and an exterior enclosed laundry area, on the driveway side (easily accessible) with new washer and dryer. Other things to note This property has a separate guest house on the far corner of the property in a separate building which is also an Airbnb unit. Please inquire if interested in renting together with the main home. This studio space includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living/kitchen efficiency and can sleep 2 (1 queen bed, 1 twin sleeper sofa) and would expand your space to 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 twin sized sleeper sofas. Note that we are ocean and water front as you can see in our photos. The ocean access point is one home over from ours (pictured in our listing photos), and we often have great snorkeling in low tide. During low tide, we have a honed lava stone pebble beach and great sea glass finding. The nearest sandy beaches are in either direction of our neighborhood and about 10 min walking (Hauula Beach Park and Kokololio). Within 10-20 min driving are our favorite beaches in Oahu...Kokololio, Pounders, Maleakahana Bay, Hukilau, Turtle Bay to the north, and Punaluu to the south. The famous surf beaches are farther north and a must see, but our favorites are all close to where we live.
