Just 20 feet out the door you will reach a stone stairway and access to the beautiful clean waters of the Flathead River. The river offers blue ribbon fishing for Bass, Trout and Pike. Small boat launch access nearby a quarter mile away on the Reservation or 5 miles west at a state boat launch. Possible wildlife viewing: deer, elk, bear, sheep, birds The space The "Perma Cabin" is a rural 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the banks of the Flathead River. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are approximately 20-25 minutes aways in either Planis, MT (Hwy 200) or Hot Springs, MT (Hwy 32). The nearest restaurant and bar is at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort, 15 minutes away. Polson (Flathead Lake) approximately 45 minutes away. Guest access The home can be accessed from the garage key pad - you will be the only ones on the property so you can enjoy this home in privacy with out other guests sharing the space. The fenced in yard is yours to use with a gate leading to the river where you can swim in the river on hot days. Other things to note This land/water is located on Tribal Lands/Water. You can swim, fish and play from the shore of this property. However, a Tribal permit is required for fishing and use of the boat accesses for floating the river. It is also required for access to the wilderness land on the Flathead Indian Reservation for recreation/hiking. Just 5 miles west of this property is the reservation line where there is boat access and Montana state waters and land that is open with no permits required.
