The space The photos tell you the story, but this is a charming home built in 1914 that perfectly blends original details and modern upgrades that include a marble bathroom, fully luxe, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island where you can chat or prep. Choose to have your coffee or happy hour on the stunning rocking-chair porch or the new, spacious rear deck. Guests can enjoy our propane BBQ, beach umbrella and chairs. NOTE: For the past several summers, I've hosted full season families as direct bookings, so this posting's reviews are light. Guest access You'll have full access to the house, including the front porch, back deck and backyard (with parking for 2+ cars, pending size). Beach chairs and umbrella are in the garage. Other things to note When I'm here, so is the fabulous Ms. Darby, seen in some photos. I'm actually allergic, but have never reacted to Darby, however those with highly-sensitive pet allergies may not be comfortable.
