The semi-private pool is shared only occasionally with the hosts and their guests and is always available for your use during your stay. Whether you’re lounging poolside, watching the sunset from the patio, or sipping your morning coffee as the goats meander nearby, this stay offers a rejuvenating break from the everyday. Owners live in the main house on the opposite side of the property, allowing easy and fast accessibility should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests have separate private access to their apartment via the outside of the building. The door code will be provided 24 hours before the booking reservation begins. Parking for up to two cars is available. Reach out to hosts if more parking is required and we can generally accommodate. Other things to note *PET POLICY: We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately due to a recent incident with a guest's pet, we have made the decision to no longer allow pets on the reservation. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Failure to adhere to the no pets policy will result in a $500 fine. *SHARED BUILDING: This is a private 1st floor apartment with it's own dedicated entrance and outdoor area. The apartment building is shared with one other unit on the second floor, where Marco's father resides.
