We have the fastest fiber internet in the US and possibly the world for your enjoyment. **This property is conveniently located near the University, downtown, and bars, so there may be some external noise, especially on weekends.** Guest access You have access to the entire second floor. Garage is not included. For a small fee it can be used upon request it but the owner uses it regularly for storage. Other things to note Garage is not included in normal rate. Unit is only second floor. This home is in a vibrant area near the University, downtown, and several bars—great for exploring the local scene.
