Our quiet, clean and private bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for you! always you have clean sheets and towels, we are close to everything. Enjoy New York without paying to much. Bus stop to Manhattan 50 feet (25 minutes to Times Square) The space This is my family house so you are going to be really good here. If not me, my crew and family are taking care of you guys. Always you get clean towels and sheets, everything in this room is brand new. Bed has a queen size mattress to sleep like a baby. My house has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. All common areas, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen, are shared. You will have a private bedroom with a lock and key for your use, while the other two bedrooms will each be occupied by one guest. I only ask that you remain quiet at night and be considerate of the guests sleeping on the apartment. This space is ideal for travelers seeking a peaceful place to rest after exploring the city. Please note, we have strict house rules: • No parties or loud music • Maximum of 2 guest ( there is a second guest fee of $12 per night) • No smoking or vaping allowed • Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Guest access you can use the dinning room, living room and the kitchen just be very clean after you finish. During your stay Ask me whatever you need, I’m here for help you, I really enjoy to give you information about city and how everything works here. Other things to note if you arrive late please very quiet. This is sharing space so we have quiet hours between 11pm to 7am
