The space Well-Lit bedroom with 2 full-size beds and windows showcasing the beautiful Manoa valleys and the majestic mountains, a narrow view of Diamond head Crater. We provide a seat and side table on our balcony for our guests to relax and enjoy the view. Our couch pulls out as a bed as an additional sleeping space. The shared laundry room is at the end of the floor hallway, washer and dryer are $2.50 separately. Guest access Parking is in a covered building (for rentals please note that there is a 6’ height restriction) The parking stalls are unassigned and available with a parking pass which guests will retrieve upon arriving at our unit. The beach is your backyard and the surrounding area includes many eateries, shops, and activities. The neighboring neighborhoods outside of waikiki include Kaimuki, Diamond Head (Recommendation: KKC Farmers Market Saturday mornings), Ala Moana where there is a beach park & houses the largest open-air mall on the island. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet hours from 10PM - 6AM Kindly asking guests to remove footwear while in the unit Smoking is not permitted - $200 fee assessed Lost/stolen key and or parking pass - $200 fee assessed Miscellaneous Information: Building maintenance services will conduct water shutdowns, pest control & air conditioning services, emergency repairs, etc, from time to time, and will need to enter the apartment at a minimum disturbance to the guests, as needed.
