You will be within walking distance to the LSU Lakes, ACME Oyster House, Jubans, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse and others as well as several cool bars and nightlife. This 2,500 sq ft home has a huge living room with attached kitchen (fully equipped), a beautiful dining room, four bedrooms (plus a game room/den) and three full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a huge master bathroom and a large walk in closet. The other downstairs bedroom has a king size (converts from a twin) bed. Upstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed and walk in closet, a gaming den (that offers board games) with a walk in closet, a full size bathroom, and a second bedroom with both a full size bed and a full size futon bed. All bedrooms have Roku television sets as well as the game room, living room and back porch (7 in all!). There is also satellite DirecTV with sports channels throughout the home. Each bedroom has a small desk. We have high speed internet throughout the home and a wifi laserjet printer. There is also a wash room with a full size washer and dryer. There is an iron & ironing board for each floor level of the home. All bathrooms have plenty of bathroom linens as well as a hair dryer in each one. Guests have full access to the entire house except for a few cabinets and the outside garage and storage room. University Gardens is a nearly 100 year old neighborhood located right in the heart of Baton Rouge. Our neighborhood is very convenient, via walking or biking, to the LSU campus as well as area shops, restaurants, & markets. It is also fully serviced by Uber, Lyft and the CATS bus system.
