Coming for a graduation, vacation, concert, game or a wedding? My pet friendly home is clean & close to public transportation. It is a 25-min drive to Downtown Boston (public transportation can be about 40 min) & a 15-30 min drive to local hospitals. You'll be happy at my place due to the proximity (5-min walk)to the bus and the Commuter Rail ( Needham Line), which will take you right into South Station. Only accepted guests are allowed in the building or on the premise. Book your stay today!! The space This private listing has a full size bed and is located on the third floor. There is also a kitchenette, bathroom, dining and sitting area included. Other things to note There is no backyard access, no driveway and no off street parking. The curb cuts on the street do not line up perfectly with my neighbor's driveways so please be sure to not block my neighbor's driveways when parking. Do not allow the UBER driver to pull in or block the driveway next to my house. You must walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit. The owner lives beneath you. There are window air conditioners in the rooms with beds after June 1st until September 15th and ceiling fans in most rooms. I can give you quarters for laundry 3.00 for wash and 2.50 for the dryer and 50 cents each for soap/bleach. Parking: Street parking only. Parking is not guaranteed and guests are responsible for complying with all local parking rules, including snow removal during winter storms. Winter Notice: During snow season, guests using street parking are responsible for shoveling out their vehicle if needed. Snow removal services do not clear private vehicles or street parking spaces.
