WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP In addition to the living room sleeper sofa, Oceanside Escape provides two private guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Each sleeping space includes 100% cotton bedding and plush down-alternative pillows. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and a 40" Smart TV for added entertainment, while Bedroom 2 offers cozy twin beds suitable for guests of all ages. Both guest rooms also include dedicated workstations to cater to your productivity needs. Ample storage space is provided with spacious closets, oversized under-bed drawers, and seagrass storage baskets, allowing you to effortlessly unpack and organize all your belongings. Check-out time is 11am. ✔ Condo is a second-floor unit and guests will need to climb stairs. ✔ Quiet time hours are 10p to 8a. Please be mindful of our neighbors. ✔ Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels and chairs. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, no parties. No exception! If any guest is found in violation of these HOA rules, you will be fined $250 and all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
