You’ll love the living room where you have a clear view of the lake from the front of the house to the back. The living room also features a smart tv, strong wi-fi, relaxing sofas and a Rock n Roll theme that will rock your world. The stylish kitchen features a, microwave, broiler, refrigerator, Coffee Bar (with provided K-cups and condiments), cooking basics, flatware and dishes, and much more! The bathroom is straight out of a magazine with a large shower, and stocks towels, and hairdryer. Bedroom No. 1 “Dolly Parton” with King bed and a gorgeous view of the water and downtown park. Bedroom No. 2 “Jonny Cash” offers a queen bed, closet system, and easily accessible fan. Bedroom No. 3 “Marilyn Monroe” offers another queen bed with a hybrid mattress. There is parking available on the driveway for one car. This property is ideal for couples. No one under 18 due to it being above a bar. If staying in winter then perhaps try your hand at some ice fishing or ice skating on the lake. Fast wifi means you can also enjoy working from your home away from home or catch up on wherever you left off watching on Youtube TV. Bed linen and towels are provided for all beds. We are steps away from city beach, city park and the downtown boat ramp. Guest access Guest will have access to loft and private balcony with a view of all the excitement going on downtown Clear Lake. Other things to note Reminder this property is NON-SMOKING and will be strictly enforced, if not followed, renter will incur a $3,500.00 cleaning and replacement fee. No pets allowed. We require a $500.00 refundable deposit for this property. After you depart, our housekeepers will clean and inspect the unit. The deposit will be returned upon successful check-out inspection. Please note this property is located above a bar in downtown Clear Lake. You will be able to hear the music playing and people talking.
