Built in 1920s this house is located on the west side of town. This modest house located in a quiet neighborhood along with being 10-15 minute walk from the Bewery, Wine Shop, and Washoe Movie Theater. This house is for those who are looking for a place to lay their head without lavish amenities. No AC. The main level has 1 bedroom-queen bed with a large closet and the upstairs has 1 bedroom-king bed. There is a 1920 jack and jill bathroom set on the main level which is adjacent to the kitchen. The space This house has all the basic essential you'd expect in an Airbnb along with keypad entry. There is small yard with BBQ along with a basement for laundry for guest to use. Garage is locked and not available for use. There is no AC in this 1920s house however fan is provided in the upstairs bedroom. Summers can be hot in Montana. Guest access Keyless entry: you’ll receive a code 24 hours prior to your arrival with check out at 11 AM. Your code will expire after your check out time. There is an upstairs locked office room of the house. Garage is NOT available and is not part of the rental.Guests are allowed to park in front of garage. Basement does have some houses storage. Other things to note Garage is not available. Basement has laundry. To keep cost down, we water the lawn once a week.
