This cozy one bedroom apartment is walking distance to the heart of downtown and offers a private entrance on the second floor. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen. Private off-street parking, a rare find in the bustling downtown area. As our guest, you will have full access to the one bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a two-story house. The private entrance can be accessed via the iron staircase and is marked with a "2B" sign. Park in the driveway behind the house for easy access to your home away from home. Please use the entrance at the back of the house when you arrive. The keypad has a yellow “YALE” icon which activates the screen. Enter the code given by your host followed by the check mark at the bottom left of the keypad to enter. As your host, I am available to assist you remotely during your stay and can be easily reached through phone or text message or through the Airbnb app. Please note that our long-term tenants occupy the lower level and the two bedroom apartment next door may or may not be occupied during your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise you’ll have the place all to yourself. Please note that the driveway leading to the Honeybear Suite can be a bit tight, so we recommend parking on the street if you have a larger vehicle. There is plenty of room in the back for several cars, but in consideration of our long-term tenants and guests in the neighboring two bedroom apartment, we ask that you limit your parking to one vehicle during your stay. Located within walking distance to the heart of downtown Princeton, you'll find that you won't need to use your car much during your stay. Downtown Princeton has plenty of parking options available, but with everything so close by, you'll be able to enjoy all that the area has to offer on foot.
