Ideally located right on the Tickfaw River, Casa Del Rio is about an hour drive to both Baton Rouge and New Orleans. This get-away has it all! The space This home has four bedrooms with three full bathrooms and two half baths. The master has a king bed, the second room has a queen bed, and the bunk room has three queen size bunks. In addition to a spotless interior, Casa Del Rio features a resort style private pool that includes a hot tub, swim up bar, lights and water features. Bring your boat, because this home is also located right on the Tickfaw River. Keep in mind that there are no parties or large events allowed at this home. There is an additional $35 fee per guest over the 10 person capacity, even if the additional guests are not spending the night. Guest access You will have full access to the home, pool, and outdoor kitchen space. Other things to note Please be aware that you will have direct access to the pool from the back sliding door. There is a lock located high on the door for children's safety, but please use the space responsibly. Keep a close eye on young children near the pool and the river. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should never be left unsupervised.
