Enjoy the charming outdoor patio under string lights before heading out to explore the neighborhood. You’ll also have access to our free washer and dryer (just request the code), and your own reserved spot in our gated parking lot. The French Quarter is just 5 minutes away by Uber. High-speed internet, pet-friendly, and designed with your comfort in mind. PLEASE NOTE: no smoking or parties—violations may result in fines. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you’ll receive a personal door code along with detailed check-in instructions for a smooth and easy entry. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests—just let us know your preferred time in advance, and we’ll adjust the cleaning schedule when possible. Our shared patio, complete with string lights and colorful picnic tables, is open for all guests to enjoy—perfect for relaxing with a drink or a bite. Free gated parking is available, and spots are reserved exclusively for our guests. Other things to note This property is a quad plex and has 3 other units available for rent if you’re coming with a larger group. 2 of which are 1bd/1ba and the other is a 2bd/1ba. Check them out on my Host Profile! The property is near a railroad. The schedule is very sporadic, sometimes the train doesn’t come by for days and other times it comes by frequently. Something to note if you are sensitive to loud noises. Arrival condition: The unit is thoroughly sanitized by our professional cleaning crew before each check-in. It is important that guests report anything that is not in an acceptable condition within one hour of check-in. Anything not reported in that time frame will be deemed your responsibility. We ask that the pet be potty trained, non destructive and not overly vocal when left alone. We ask that you have your dogs leashed while on the premises and that they be friendly with other dogs and humans. New Orleans is a subtropical destination which is no stranger to storms. Any electrical outage is not the responsibility of the host and is entirely outside of any person(s) control. Bug and wildlife info: New Orleans is located in a hot and humid environment that is teeming with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, stinkbugs, etc. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside. Guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner. NOTE: For guest safety and property security, there are exterior Ring cameras installed around the perimeter of the property, including a Ring doorbell. These cameras are motion-activated and may record video and sound when triggered or when the doorbell is pressed. There are no cameras inside the unit or facing into any interior spaces. There is one camera above the laundry room exterior door, another in the angle on the balcony, and a ring camera outside of Unit A which overlooks the parking lot.
