Our intentionally designed and modern boutique hotel is centrally located in downtown Kalispell, Montana. No cats are allowed. The space A few common questions and answers about our space: Q: Can we check-in early or check-out late? A: Early check-in is not guaranteed. In the event your room is ready before 4:00pm, we'll let you know. We don't offer late check-out as our team needs time to prepare for our next guests and make sure everything is perfect for them - just like they did for you. Q: Do you allow pets? A: Yes! Up to (1) house-trained, small to medium-sized dog (50 pounds or less) is permitted for a pet fee of $75 per stay. Please ensure to add your dog to your reservation. If an unapproved pet is discovered, a fee of $100 will be billed to your account. No cats are allowed. Q: What size is the fold-out couch? A: The couch folds out into a (firm, but comfortable!) queen-sized bed. We provide extra sheets, a blanket and two pillows for the couch. They're located in the master closet. Q: Where is this room located? A: This room is located on the second level. This requires a walk up one set of stairs, and there is no elevator access. Q: Do you allow smoking on-site? A: No. Our entire property is a non-smoking property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. This is for the courtesy of all of our guests. If you need to smoke, please take it off-site, away from our property. A fee of $250 will be billed to your account if smoking of any kind occurs. Q: Do you offer cleanings during our stay? A: Our cleanings occur before and after each reservation. We're happy to offer an additional cleaning during your stay for a fee of $80. Just let us know! Guest access Our guests will enjoy the exclusive comfort of their one-bedroom suite, which is one of eight units at our hotel. All of the units are accessed individually from the exterior of the building and each suite is insulated well so our guests will appreciate a private experience. There is 1 dedicated parking space available for this suite. If you have multiple vehicles, please use the street parking adjacent to the property. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a boutique hotel that offers convenient self-check-in and no front desk/check-in staff. If there's an emergency, please hit us up! Otherwise, if it's a non-urgent issue, please message us via the messaging platform. There is no on-site management 24/7. This suite is dog-friendly. However, we're only able to accommodate onr dog per reservation - must be 50 pounds or less. $75 per stay. No cats are allowed.
