The living room features the Samsung Frame 75" Smart TV with Netflix and YoutubeTV. There is a surround sound Sonos Home Theater & music system with separate living and kitchen playback zones. The kitchen features all new Café appliances with an induction stove, plenty of cookware and utensils for preparing meals. Countertop appliances include: Instant Pot, air fryer, microwave, toaster, drip and single cup Keurig coffee makers, blender, electric tea kettle and KitchenAid mixer. The second floor features 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queens), large bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and a rain shower head. The hallway linen closet contains bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, and extra sheets for each room. Desks are provided in the king and queen size bedrooms for those needing a place to work. Front yard is beautifully landscaped with gravel patio seating area and retractable sun umbrella. 2’x4’ Portable foldable table available for formal meals outside. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house except a locked storage closet on the first floor, owner's storage room on second floor, and closet in king size bedroom. There are freestanding wardrobe units in bedrooms without closet access. Front yard with gravel and paved patio areas are also for guests' use. It's our new favorite part of the property for hanging out and people watching! Other things to note Street parking only on our block for guests. Upon request, we can provide one complimentary guest parking permit pass for our block's residential zone with 48 hours notice from Memorial Day to Labor Day or additional cost during offseason.
