Guest access Guests will enjoy private entry with a unique door code provided before check-in — no shared interior spaces or keys to worry about. You’ll also have a reserved parking spot in our gated lot, free of charge. Getting around is easy: explore the Bywater on foot, hop on a nearby bus, or take a quick, affordable Uber ride to the French Quarter and other main attractions. Other things to note This property is a quad plex and has 3 other units available for rent if you’re coming with a larger group. 2 of which are 1bd/1ba and the other is a 2bd/1ba. Check them out on my host profile! The property is next to a railroad. The schedule is very sporadic, sometimes the train doesn’t come by for days and other times it comes by frequently. Something to note if you are sensitive to loud noises. This unit is on a lower level. It may be possible to hear guests above you if you are sensitive to noise. There is also active construction going on across the street which can be noisy. Please note if you are sensitive to noise since the area will be more active during this time due to construction and more frequent passing of train due to the development. Arrival condition: The unit is thoroughly sanitized by our professional cleaning crew before each check-in. It is important that guests report anything that is not in an acceptable condition within one hour of check-in. Anything not reported in that time frame will be deemed your responsibility. We ask that the pet be potty trained, non destructive and not overly vocal when left alone. We ask that you have your dogs leashed while on the premises and that they be friendly with other dogs and humans. New Orleans is a subtropical destination which is no stranger to storms. Any electrical outage is not the responsibility of the host and is entirely outside of any person(s) control. Bug and wildlife info: New Orleans is located in a hot and humid environment that is teeming with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, stinkbugs, etc. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside. Guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner. NOTE: Ring doorbell and exterior ring cameras are for security of guests and property to monitor the exterior, the entire perimeter of the property. Cameras are motion activated and will record sound when activated or when ring doorbell is pushed. No devices of any kind are inside the home and none face inside the apartment.
