A country home with an open living/dining floor plan and 3 bedrooms. AC in all the bedrooms and living room. There is a large back deck with a grill, table, and couch, and right off the deck is a pool and hot tub and view of the mountain range. Surfboard rack on the side of the house to store your boards, and an outdoor shower and hose for an easy rinse off. 5 minute drive to Alii to surf or Haleiwa town. Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious country surf vibe home. Driveway fits 3-4 vehicles and is gated. Open living room/dining. 2 bedrooms down the hallway; 1 bedroom will have a queen size bed and also has a 1/2 bath. The other bedroom will have a full size bed and a twin bed. All 3 bedrooms have AC. Full bath in the walkway between the two bedrooms. Master bedroom is towards the front of the house and has its own bathroom and a loft. Quiet family local neighborhood, house located at the end of the cul de sac. 5 min drive to Haleiwa town and restaurants. 5 min to world famous Ali’i Beach and other beautiful beaches that aren’t completely tourist occupied. Parking in driveway fits 3-4 vehicles. There is a detached office along the back/side of the house that my husband uses for work and will likely be occupying during the week. There is a 1bedroom apt above the deck that a quiet single tenant occupies.
