Welcome to Okoboji Oasis! Escape to this spacious and fully equipped cabin at Bridges Bay Resort, located across the street from a free swimming pool. Take advantage of everything Okoboji has to offer including local restaurants, bars, live entertainment, boat ramps, public beaches, Arnold's Park amusement park, a 14-mile paved bike path, and several golf courses. 📣 NOTE: Please note the outdoor waterpark and community pools are closed between Labor Day and Memorial Day. The indoor waterpark is typically open only on weekends during this time. If you plan to use the waterpark, please check availability on the Bridges Bay website prior to booking. The cabin features 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, patio with grill and fire pit, and fully stocked kitchen. The main level (no steps) includes a primary suite with king-size bed and full bathroom, kitchen with granite countertops, large pantry to hold your food for the week, dining table (additional leaves and folding chairs available in the hall closet), washer/dryer, half bathroom, and living area with couch and love seat. The upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, a loft with queen bed & couches, and another full bathroom. Out the back door is a patio and large open green space, perfect for yard games and roasting marshmallows. Guests have full access to the home as well as the amenities offered by Bridges Bay Resort. The resort features an indoor waterpark, large outdoor pool with swim-up bar and waterslides, three community pools (no wristband required), an arcade, 24/7 fitness center, zipline, basketball courts, fishing pond, playground, Bracco Beach Bar, and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Included with your stay are 6 free daily passes to the waterpark! Okoboji Oasis is just a short walk from the lake and there's a nearby dock where you can fish and watch the boaters. The cabin has an extra wide driveway that accommodates 3 vehicles and the 2-car garage offers plenty of space for your toys. Included with your stay are 6 free daily passes to the waterpark. There are several smaller community pools located throughout the resort that are free to use and do not require a wristband. One of these pools is located directly across the street from our cabin. Our back yard features a large open space that's perfect for yard games. The Okoboji area offers many restaurants, bars, live entertainment, boat ramps, public beaches, Arnold's Park amusement park, a 14-mile paved bike path, and several golf courses. Our cabin has an extra wide driveway that accommodates 3 vehicles and the 2-car garage offers plenty of space for your toys. Additional parking is available for boats and trailers across the street from the basketball courts. Since many of the cabins look alike, we provide specific directions to get to our property. We welcome guests who meet the following criteria: 1. Airbnb users who have been verified and have a profile picture 2. Renters above the age of 25 3. Airbnb users who have completed a previous stay with a positive review This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. No parties or large gatherings (no bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed). Resort amenities are managed by Bridges Bay Resort and are subject to change at any time.
