The space This is a charming older home with character — slightly uneven stairs and porch reflect its history. (We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect ❤️) Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard amenities, including the gas fire pit. The private hot tub is also available upon request. Guest access Upon arrival, you’ll see a Real Estate billboard greeting you at the entrance of the driveway—this is how you’ll know you’re in the right place. Please park in the driveway facing the side of the house, parallel to the garage and other vehicles. From there, walk toward the black front porch, which will lead you directly to the double doors marked Unit B. You’ll receive a private access code prior to check-in for a smooth, contactless arrival. Other things to note For your safety and convenience, motion-sensor cameras with lights are installed at the front porch entrance and guest door. Guests have access to two designated parking spaces in the driveway. To help prevent plumbing issues in this older home, we kindly ask that guests use the shower only (no baths) during their stay.
