We built this guesthouse for family & friends to stay - Oahu regulations allow for 30 rentals, or one tenant in a 30 day period - which is what we are doing. Message for availability & details. Everything is brand-new as of July 2023. *2 split A/C units - one in bedroom and one in living area - quiet & will cool the place to 60 degrees or less (if you want to sleep that cold). *Located on a large, 2-acre lot surrounded by mango & avocado trees. Yard is secure with fencing and electric gate for driving in and out. You will have the keypad code for easy in/out access. *6 minute walk to the beach - snorkel with turtles, sunbathe, take a long walk and collect shells, surf at one of 4 surf spots - Silva’s, Rodger’s, Glass Doors, or Fuji’s. *Kitchen with fridge, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer oven, 2-burner stovetop, and fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots & pans. *Supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc for your entire stay. *Large outdoor shed with full-size washer & dryer, storage for luggage, and stocked with beach chairs, mask & snorkel sets and beach towels. *Completely private deck with mountain view. *Wifi and smart TV. *Park right next to your unit. *Easy 10-minute drive to the quaint town of Haleiwa for restaurants and shopping, 35 minutes from the Honolulu airport, 45 minutes from the downtown bustle of Waikiki. The guesthouse is a stand-alone unit not close to the owner’s house (we do live on property if problems do arise). It’s a short 6 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Private access through the side of the yard to walk to public beach access. We live on property, along with another friendly long-term renter. We are at easy access if you need us for recommendations or help, but otherwise you won't see us much as the property is large. Coastal neighborhood with a great beach. Neighbors are friendly and most love to be outside walking, jogging, surfing, bike riding. Very safe. Great place to go to the beach as parking is limited across the street from the beach access. Luckily, you can easily walk. The beach is great for surfing, snorkeling, turtle-watching and sunbathing. You have your own parking right next to the guesthouse, entire yard is gated and fenced. We will provide you with a keypad code for easy access out of the electric gate. On the North Shore, a car is necessary in most cases. There is no public transportation near the guesthouse - the closest bus stop is about a mile away. It’s a short 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Haleiwa, or a 20 minute bike ride if you choose to rent bikes. The guesthouse is located on a quiet street on a large, lush agricultural lot. We have an energetic Bordoodle puppy named Lola who occasionally wanders the property, 2 cats and 3 tortoises. None of these pets should come close to or bother you.
