Yellowstone’s west entrance is under a 1/2 mile from the unit. The space Property is located only 1 block (less than 1/2 mile) from the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park! Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with a king bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. However, the entrance remains open to hikers and cross-country skiers year-round. Guided tours in over-snow vehicles (snowmobiles and snow coaches) are available mid-December through mid-March. The only entrance that remains open year-round to motor vehicles is the north entrance, 170 miles (3 hours drive) from West Yellowstone during the winter months. Please review current park road closures at Yellowstone National Park before you travel to West Yellowstone. Onsite management requires a $250 REFUNDABLE pre-authorization on a credit card. This authorization HOLD (NOT a charge) is released approximately 24-48 hours after checkout.
