Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cottage style home less than 10 minutes from LBI's renowned beaches. Keep the kids busy after the beach with an above ground pool, a jacuzzi or go crabbing from our dock. After grilling or dinner at one of many local restaurants, enjoy roasting marshmallows over our Solo Stove fire pit in our side yard under the stars. The space This is a newly renovated home with a lot of modern features. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and additional street parking. It is a fully gated home with a lot of privacy. We have a lovely side yard when you first enter. Its a great space for using our Solo Stove fire pit. The back yard offers a huge canopied dining area, a rocking bench, the Jacuzzi, the Pool, and outdoor shower and a Gas grill. Down below the dining area is a 40' Dock that is great for launching paddle boards, crabbing and fishing. The first floor of the house features an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. We have a fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining Area that seats 6 at the main table plus there are four counter stools. The adjacent Lanai room can seat an additional 4. There are three carpeted bedrooms on the first floor which sleep a total of 7 people and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV's and streaming devices. The living room features a Sofa & Love Seat and a TV and a gas fire place that can be used from November to April . Just off the living room is our enclosed Laundry Room with a modern washer and dryer. The Second floor has the Master Bedroom which has its own private balcony, Master Bath and a huge walk in closet. We suggest you draw straws to see who gets it. The entire space features central AC and Heat and lots of soft adjustable lighting. Please note that from November to April the Canopies are removed from the house because Beach Haven West gets very windy and our canopies would get ruined if we did not remove them. Guest access As our guests, you have use of the entire property except for three owners closets which are locked. We encourage you to use our shed for storing beach gear. You will also find in the shed two inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards, One inflatable Two Person Kayak, Life Jackets, 4 Beach Chairs and a Beach Umbrella
