You will be a guest in my house . The room is located in the basement and has full size bed, living room, kitchenette,bathroom has a shower, and toilet. The laundry room space is shared with the bathroom area. There’s a kitchenette as well. Public on street parking, or one parking space in the driveway that has access through the alley . Internet is included. One bedroom with a full size bed, living room and dining room area, along with a kitchenette which has a sink, microwave, gas stove/oven. Bathroom / laundry room that the washer and dryer are shared. Two couches and a TV in the living room and it is connected to the WIFI. There’s access to nextflix, Hulu, HBOMax, Amazon Prime, and Disney +. You will have a key to enter through your private door access . There will be a key box on the wall with a combo by the door!.you can park on the street or park at the backdoor our driveway by alley on cambers street. Me or my family will be upstairs to assist as necessary Near brew gas station Lawrence’s meat shop,taco johns,townhouse bar and restaurant 1.3 miles to Walmart Floyd boulevard 1.5 miles to MercyOne Siouxland emergency Care 1.3 miles to UnityPoint Saint Luke’s.5 minutes to downtown and 8 minutes to hard rock,15 minutes to the mall!. There’s a bus stop at the end of the alley to get around town or you can also use Lyft or Uber or taxi. There is a small dog that lives with us.
