There is private basement that sleeps 11. Comfy Beds & furniture. Much newly remodeled. RV Parking also. No smoking, drinking, vaping or drugs. The space You can rent one room at a time or space for 15 people. We have three bedrooms upstairs, one has a king bed, one a queen bed with an office and the third one has twin beds. Also upstairs is my husband and my suite. In the walkout basement with a private entrance it has a queen bed, double, five twin beds. We have a smaller refrigerator plus convection oven. It has its own bathroom also a family room. See photos. Some of the sleeping areas are divided by curtains in the basement. Guest access Living room great for meeting area can seat 25 people.The kitchen, dining room & living room & 1 full bathroom is for everyone to share on the main floor. Other things to note Hello we welcome you to our airbnb, we are ON RESIDENCE. Note that: there’s NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRINKING or DRUGS allowed on the property. NO ANIMALS allowed inside. Also, we may have other guest at the same time. You can fit people 15 to fill up the house. Unless other guests already have booked. Please put your sheets and towels in the laundry room, put your dishes in the dishwasher and start it, take the garbage out to the big garbage can. Thank you.
