King Room in Private Home near NYC, EWR, Shore

Baltusrol top neighborhood, single family home w/fenced in yard, furnished deck, gardens, fireplace. One large king bedroom with premium cable TV. Also near Overlook/St. Barnabas hospitals, major highways and corporations (Celgene/Samsung, etc.) & NYC transportation. Great for couples, single adventurers & corporate/business travelers. Millburn (ShortHills Mall)& Summit downtowns are full of good eating & shopping. Covid Vaccination Required! The space Top of the hill, totally private yard and deck, plenty of parking (driveway and street). Near many restaurants ranging from fast food (all of them!) to fine dining and steak joints. Great international choices as well. I have a collection of menus. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom w adjacent bathroom, you are welcome to use fully stocked kitchen to cook or store food, and the casual living room with wood burning fireplace and large screen t.v. with cable and streaming capabilities. A powder room on the first floor also available. Deck with wonderful view in all directions and furniture also there for you. Extra room available with Queen Air mattress for additional charge. I may be available to socialize, bike, hike etc. Other things to note I have two very sweet dogs, pictures are there. They are so cool, people love them but I can keep them out of your way too. Children are not a good idea and therefore not an option. If you are allergic, we have a problem, but if you just want them out of your way, no problem. Many gates, backyard-they sleep with me.
