Situated on the southside of downtown just a few miles from the airport, you'll find yourself within striking distance of the city's finest attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it the ideal choice for your stay in Iowa's capital. This modern three-story condo was just newly built and we take pride in maintaining it to the highest level. The space The first floor of our condo houses a spacious and secure garage, providing ample room to park your vehicles and store your belongings. You'll have peace of mind knowing that your cars are protected from the elements and easily accessible whenever you need them. Venturing up to the second floor, you'll discover two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest room includes a queen size bed, closet and access to the second bathroom. This floor also contains the washer and dryer. As you ascend to the third floor, you'll find the open-concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen features modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and an island that doubles as a bar. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the living area, a cozy retreat where you can unwind and enjoy entertainment. Also included are a small cafe table with two chairs for dining and a half bathroom. Large sliding glass doors offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Step out onto the balcony which includes seating to savor your morning coffee or enjoy a refreshing evening breeze. Please note the condo does not include an elevator.
