The space 1 car designated parking spot is on the right side of the lot by the fence.. could be a tight entrance! Parking in other spots in the lot is NOT allowed. Extra free parking on the street! Living room: Dining table set, couch, A/C, TV Kitchen: Stainless steel fridge/oven range, microwave, toaster, rice cooker etc. Full bathroom: bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels 1st bedroom: queen bed, closet space, dresser, smart tv 2nd bedroom: queen bed, closet space 2 beach badges are available in the summer season. Losing badges will result in a $120 fee per badge. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment and will be provided beach passes when in season! Other things to note Everything provided by us is a curtesy to get your stay going, we are not responsible to provide you extras when supplies run out. There are no laundry units on site. Please indicate the number of guests staying in the property accurately in order to avoid any misunderstandings. No extra guests allowed Lastly, please treat this home with respect. Our cleaners always give us a report of the state of the home afterwards. Guest booking MUST be 21+ and present during the stay. Any trouble that’s notified will not be tolerated. This includes smoking in the property, being loud after quiet hours, underage age drinking on the property, disturbing neighbors, etc. If we are notified of any of this, we will immediately report to Airbnb and will ask you to leave the property with no refund.
