Tiny Retreat

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Available mid May thru the end of August. It's a quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard in East Falmouth. Close to everything Falmouth has to offer. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens +towels are provided. We are 3 miles from a public beach, close to resturants, downtown Falmouth and Smitty's ice cream. Bring your kayak or paddle board, we are close to water access on Great Pond. The Cape Cod Winery is about a mile away. The space The cottage is small but has everything you will need. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom. Good size backyard. Chairs for sitting outside. A gas grill with utensils. Guest access The tiny cottage is fully yours while you are staying. It has a kitchen , living room with a smart tv. There are 2 gliding chairs and a love seat. One bed room has 2 twin beds, a dresser, and a closet. There are fans available if needed. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser. There is an air conditioner. There is also an A/C in the kitchen . The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs. There is a gas stove, pans and utensils. There is a coffee maker, coffee and sugar available. There is also a tea pot and tea bags. There is a toaster and a microwave. Outside there are 4 chairs to relax in, a gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is also an outdoor table and 4 chairs. Other things to note I have 4 beach chairs, towels, a beach mat and insulated bag for your use. There is a nice play ground for the younger ones near the public library on Main St. The library also has a children's play area downstairs. Good for a rainy day. There is also a childrens museum in Mashpee about 5 miles away.
