GREAT LOCATION! Modern 2 BD and 2 BA w/Parking!

My property is an ideal location, in the South Boston neighborhood, and easily accessible by public transportation. It is only a 10 minute car ride to/from Logan Airport. Only a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center if you are coming to Boston for a conference or convention!! Short walk to Downtown/Financial District, Seaport District, neighborhood restaurants and area amenities. The space I like to think of my place as "modern chic". It's a warm, bright, and colorful space decorated with artwork I've picked up from around the world. The kitchen and living room connect into a large open area so great for relaxing and enjoying the "comforts of home". There is a back deck off the kitchen but on a nice day you can climb the spiral stairs off the deck and enjoy my private roof deck. There are two bedrooms, one being a Master bedroom, with queen beds. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room to accommodate two additional guests (which accounts for the ability to sleep 6). Please note, the TV in the second nd bedroom is not operational as I do not have cable. I use streaming television, Sling TV, via Amazon Firestick, and this is only availalbe on the TVs for n the Master b from and in the living room. Netflix and Amazon Prime are also available but you will need to use your own personal account to to access those two services. Guest access Access to the home is via key code pad, and as described I do offer one off street parking space. Please note, my unit is a the top floor of a 3 floor walk up via the back deck stairs (but they are wide stairs!) shot off the parking area. My neighborhood, like the entire of City of Boston, is very walkable. From my place a short 20 minute walk takes you to the South Boston Waterfront/Seaport District, the Fort Point Channel neighborhood, and in even less time right up West Broadway to enjoy some of or local restaurant, bars, and shops. The West Broadway subway station (MBTA Red Line) is less than a 10 minute walk away and the #9 bus to Copley Square stops at the end of my street at the corner of B and West Broadway! There is a grocery store (Foodies Urban Market) and a liquor store (Al's Liquors) 2 blocks away at C and Broadway. Other things to note Please note, this is NOT a new listing.
