Location is key, 5-minute walk to private beach or public beaches, close to restaurants, popular breakfast places, ice cream shops, mini-golf, and stores. Unwind and enjoy warm summer afternoons on a private beach and cooler nights on the front deck or on the patio by the fire pit. The space The cottage comfortably sleeps six guests with two full and one twin sized beds and a full size futon mattress in the loft plus pull out full size sleeper sofa. Bath towels, full kitchen, propane grill, and linens are provided. Newly renovated kitchen area is prepared with all of the essentials, and a slider window to outdoor wet bar countertop, perfect area for blender drinks and meal prep while tending the grill on the patio! Enjoy a spacious outdoor enclosed shower that is part of the inside bathroom also with outdoor access – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Community includes basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits and volleyball. Please bring additional blankets, pillows, beach chairs, and beach toys if needed. Guest access The whole cottage is yours! Easy entrance thru patio door with keypad lock, and regular key entry from front deck door. Parking spaces are available on site. * Rented on a weekly basis from mid-May to end of September. Please note, per our association rules, pets are not allowed for renters. No Smoking in and around cottage. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each use.
