The open concept living/dining/kitchen overlooks a large, flat back patio and yard that includes the lakeside beach. Upstairs loft is bedroom and TV lounge, has high ceilings and adjoining full bath, WIC with laundry and private office with kitchenette. Guest access Guests can easily access the property via their private entrance with keyless entry. A code will be provided to guests prior to their check-in date. The property includes a private, paved driveway that fits up to 3 vehicles. There is no parking on the street. Other things to note Rentals longer than 28 days require background checks for all non-booking and/or non-verified adults staying on the property. That is, any adults staying on property who are not the person making the reservation and/or not verified by AirBnB, are required to complete a background check at their own expense and as coordinated by the owners. Monthly cleaning is included in the rental, and is required. Guests must allow cleaners to enter and clean the property at the end of each month. Lake use, primarily swimming and boating, is at the risk and liability of the individuals. We highly recommend use of life vests. Motorized watercraft are illegal on the lake.
