Relax on our large covered deck with hammock chairs and watch the deer walk by. The space Each of our 15 homes has a theme and is designed for different travelers. The Tranquility House was designed to accommodate families, friends business executives, and couples looking to recharge and reconnect. The home is clutter free, the linens are 1800 thread count, mattresses top of the line with adjustable beds1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin , ( except twin murphy pullout bed under the tv in the LV) and the pillows are ample. Several games are provided. You will enjoy a large rear deck covered deck with with an ample rear yard for BBQ ( duel grill) and fire pit. The home is perfect for your 4 legged family members . It backs up to the wooded. Dogs must be on leash and picked up after when out side. This area is the exception where you can play with you pet. They are welcome here up to 40 lbs. each 2 max and they are free of charge dog bowls provided. Our neighborhood is all about quiet and safe enjoyment of nature. We are not suitable for parties gatherings and entertaining at the homes. If you wish to host a gathering we do rent our clubhouse for those. We have Heather and Hetal they are available by appointment and for extra charge will come into you home or at our outside pavlion by the dam for massages and facials . We are in processs of constructing a gym and spa . Guest access Swan Lake is 160 acre wooded community. We are focused on a quiet safe and peaceful place we can all live in harmony with nature. We do not allow parties or gatherings 6 people max at any time. If you want to host a party we do have a club house contact our office for info. We have 15 short term rental homes available all with different looks and feels. We design our rentals to appeal to different customers, from fishing lake cabins, glamping to monochrome contemporary. Some allow kids and pets some do not please check. Our 30 acre lake is full of bass and other fish as well as turtles and birds. woods are loaded with deer and squirrels. We are kid friendly but we have mostly adults renting and living here. Our goal is for you to enjoy time, experience, and overall stay with us. It is situated within our quiet lake community, yet only minutes away from various shops, restaurants and common conveniences.
