Jungle Studio Near the Beach

This freshly renovated studio with a modern jungle vibe was designed to be your perfect vacation home base. *This home is available for 30 day or longer bookings, regardless of pricing breakdowns or calendar settings on airbnb.* The space This studio apartment is attached to the single story duplex that our family lives in. The studio does not share any interior space with anyone else, but the walls are attached on both sides to our family home. We did our best to soundproof the walls, but there may still be some noise transfer. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. The studio accommodates up to 2 adults and one baby under the age of 2. The space has one solid wood queen bed, custom built to accommodate storing luggage underneath. A pack n play is available upon request for baby. There is a small dresser, night stand, clothing rod and hangers. The full kitchen area has all the basic necessities and plenty of storage. There is a modern kitchen table, full size fridge, apartment size oven/range, large basin kitchen sink with sleek black matte faucet to match the rest of the cabinet hardware. There are pots/pans, dishes and flatware, dishwashing supplies, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker, essential oil diffuser. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub/shower and large vanity with plenty of storage. Bath towels and wash cloths are on the solid wood shelves above the toilet. Beach towels are in the bottom vanity drawer. Bed linens, kitchen towels, bath towels/wash cloths and beach towels are provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels and some basic cleaning supplies. Guest access The door to the studio is accessed from the driveway. There is an electronic keypad deadbolt on the door, the code will be made accessible to you prior to your stay. There is a bin of beach toys next to the front door that is for studio guests to use at no charge. The laundry machines are located at the back of the house. Guests walk around the right side of the house to access the laundry, which is free to use at any time. There are 2 sets of laundry machines shared by the entire house.
